• From a PC, laptop, or MAC computer

  • 1. Go to www.cloudvue.com
  • 2. Enter the Username: guest@barknlounge.com
  • 3. Enter Password: sparkles

  Once the correct password is entered, you should see 6 cameras on your screen.

  Please note: Zoom and Pan Tilt buttons are not enabled.

• From a smartphone device or tablet:

  • 1. Download the “Smartvue” app
  • 2. Click the “Add” button at the top right
  • 3. Click “Add Cloudvue account”
  • 4. In the Description field, you can type Bark N Lounge, Doggie Daycare, or whatever you wish.
  • 5. In the Cloudvue User Name field type: guest@barknlounge.com
  • 6. In the Cloudvue Password field type the password sparkles.
  • 7. Click on the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen.

Once the above steps are complete, your screen should have a button that matches what you typed in the Description field above (i.e., Bark N Lounge).

If you receive an error message when clicking on that button, go to the EDIT button and re-type the password to make sure it is correct. The error message will NOT tell you if the password is incorrect. It will simply display an error.

Please note: we change the password on a regular basis so please make sure you are using the current password.
