For your dog's safety, we remove all collars unless your dog wears a KeepSafe Break-A-Way collar . If you don't have a KeepSafe Break-A- Way collar, you can purchase one at Bark 'N Lounge or your dog can be collar-free.
If your dog is wearing any other type of collar, it will be removed. This is for the safety of your dog. The Break-A- Way collar has a safety feature that will "release" when it is pulled or tightened, ultimately releasing your dog from his or her collar to ensure there is no risk for accidental injury or collar strangulation.
